Absolutely not. In one view point it puts a dollar value on a human life. Saying you are only worth saving if you can pay for this treatment. While most people know this isn't correct, I can only imagine hearing that I just got saved of a life-threatening sickness or what have you only to find out I will now be crushed under the amount of money that I have to pay for a long time.
